      when using DNSBLs, make sure they are still alive. ordb is dead.

      also, obviously sbl is included in sbl-xbl (and both are included in
      zen.spamhaus.org). cbl.abuseat.org is included in xbl (which is included
      in sbl-xbl...).

      Note that if smtpd is chrooted, DNS must also work from the chroot jail.
