      These log entries are only to inform you about the anvil statistics.
      Nothing is blocked or delayed at all. Read the documentation about the
      anvil rate limit parameters.

        The parameters are:
        smtpd_client_connection_count_limit
        smtpd_client_connection_rate_limit

        Anvil tells you that the highest connection rate of any client for the
        past 10 minutes was 2 connections a minute, which is far from the limit.
