I'm not sure whose problem this is, but I guess some experts here can
      tell me:

I'm subscribed to several mailing lists. On my main server, I have
delay_warning_time set. When a mail comes in, and is to be forwarded to
another host for the final recipient, and that host is down, and
delay_warning_time is reached, a message is sent back to the sender
      like:

      ####################################################################
      # THIS IS A WARNING ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. #
      ####################################################################
Your message could not be delivered for 0.5 hours.
It will be retried until it is 5.0 days old.

Now there are some problems which I would like to solve:
      1) Is it possible to only send this message to people who want to send
out via my server? I don't want that info to be sent to other people
who send to our server, when the mail relay is delayed.

      2) With ezmlm mailing lists, this induces the problem that delivery is
suspended, because ezmlm believes there is some error. I've had that
from several different servers. Now is that a bug from ezmlm, or a bad
      config, or my fault?

Use separate Postfix instances for inbound and outbound mail.
