      Cyrus is screwed up. Postfix sends a valid RESET command.

      Cyrus is screwed up. Same reply as RSET.

      If Cyrus mis-handles something as simple as RSET, then all bets
      are off with more complex commands.

      You can turn off connection reuse with "lmtp_cache_connection = no".
