      I think there is a consideration to take into
      account: Aristotle may exclude the vulgar classes, but
      that does not mean that he builds a city only for the
      wealthy ones (that is what he criticizes to Plato),
      because it is stated clearly all through the books of the
      "Politics" that his will is to give the power to the middle
      classes, because for him the middle point is always the
      most balanced.
