      Hi!
George Stanley McGovern was the last Freemason to be nominated by the Democrats as their Presidential Nominee. This was 1972,. The Dems last Freemason to be their Vice Presidential Nominee was Lloyd Millard Bentsen, Jr., in 1988,. William Jefferson Clinton nominated by the Dems in 1992 and 1996 for President was a DeMolay, a Masonic youth organization. He never became a Freemason.
Robert Joseph Dole for President and Jack Franch Kemp for Vice President in 1996 were the last Freemasons on the GOP side to be nominated by my party for President.
      Regards,
      Scott

P.S. They Freemasons do not support any political party. Over a dozen Presidents have been members.
