Penny Harter, of Summit, N.J., has published numerous poetry collections, including Turtle Blessing, Lizard Light: Poems from the Earth, and Buried in the Sky. Her poems appear in anthologies and magazines worldwide, and she received the first William O. Douglas Nature Writing Award for her work in American Nature Writing 2002. She has received fellowships from the NJ State Council on the Arts and the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation.
Ellen Bihler, a registered nurse, works with severely handicapped children. Her poems appear in California Quarterly, Buckle &, Square Lake, Poetry Motel, and others. Her first collection, An Avalanche of Blue Sky, was published in 2004. She lives in Hackettstown, N.J.
Brenda DAngelo draws inspiration for her art and poetry from the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, where she lives. Her poems have appeared in Mobius and the Mad Poets Review. She edits an online journal, The Chiaroscuro chronicle.
