LAUDA! CHAMBER SINGERS closes its ninth season of excellence in an
exciting presentation including Morten Lauridsen's Les Chansons Des
Roses, Claudio Monteverdi's Lamento della Ninfa and Laudate Domino,
Hugo Distler's Psalms and settings of ancient Hindu texts by Michael G.
Hegeman. Hear the wonderful voices of individual Lauda! singers as they
perform secular and sacred music full of sensuality and passion.

Poet CRYSTAL BACON will read from her work during the performance. All
in all, the event promises a rich tapestry to welcome summer.

The concert will be held on Sunday, June 6, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at St.
Stephen's Lutheran Church, 230 N. Evergreen Avenue, Woodbury, NJ. Pre-
concert lecture at 2:30 p.m. in the performance space. A reception will follow
the concert, including an opportunity for audience members to meet our guest
      artist, Crystal Bacon.
