  • I do believe MS is moving more and more toward the BITS protocol in its newest offerings. It helps extend the life of legacy networks by adapting to network conditions and slowing down or speeding up as appropriate. As such, the recent public beta of ie7 may be the source of some of the increase in requests. On 3/4/06, Paul Puri wrote: > > --- Andy Armstrong wrote: > > If it has...

  • Many podcasters at MS call it just that, Podcasting. A new one this week to add to the alternatives already attempted (blogcast, screencast, etc). The reports from MS's Professional Developer's Conference are called 'Buzzcasts. ' Kinda cool. If one takes, it will have to get rid of the 'cast.' • Brad, Why don't you contact some of the podcast preachers and have them link to you? This is mostly a list of people who create podcasts, although some of us don't create much. • Most translations have modifications to the copyright. For example, "no more than 500 verses or a complete book of the bible may be included" is common. Phlemon is a challenge since it is only one chapter, but the rest of the Bible fits nicely into a podcast. http://www.gnpcb.org/page/esv.copyright The 50 prcent rule is where I have trouble with this one.
