      Subject: [podcasters] Uploading large files

Is there any quick and efficient way to upload a large mp3 file?

It seems that a 2-hour file takes much longer than eight 15-minute recordings. I lowered the quality and rate of the recording, but it is still 27mb.
How do you upload these big files?
(I know that I could split this into parts, but that would be a last resort.)

      Thanks for your suggestions.
