I was planning to redo my website in WordPress. I have no experience with WordPress but
am under the impression that it would make it easier to allow listeners to search among by
podcasts by category. I had heard of PodPress and assumed I was going to need it. I'm
not sure what PodPress added that WordPress doesn't have. Can someone enlighten me
on this? Also, will I be able to do what I had planned without PodPress (i.e. show notes
with an audio player for each episode)?

Yes, this was just an April Fools joke

Hope you had a fun one, I sure did!

So dont worry, podPress development and support will continue.
Also, I want to take this opportunity to say that I appreciate all the
support and encouragement you have all given to the project. You are all
what makes the effort worth it, and why it includes all the great
features you have come to love.
