Nathan, I don't think you need to worry about a 1/16 deviation. The leg adjustment will be able to compensate. The more critical part is the track spacing.

Nathan, You did not mention what scale you were modelling. I suggest you join one of the Free-mo groups that is specific to your scale and ask your question.
