      Dear Colleagues,
      I am carrying out a research study on the above mentioned topic for the accomplishment of M.Phil in Library and Information Science, University of the Punjab under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen and Dr. Nosheen Fatima Warriach. The study aims to explore the present status of information literacy awareness and instruction skills of the college librarians, to identify the gaps in the light of Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) standards and to determine the training needs in this regard. Your responses will contribute tremendously towards a better understanding of the present state of affairs and will help to improve the situation.
      I shall be grateful, if you could spare a few moments to complete this questionnaire.
      Please be assured, all the information collected will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for this study. In the event of any personal particulars provided, these will purely be used for collation purposes.
