There is a new seed law that will be voted on in the EU on 6 May. In its current form, this will outlaw the swapping or selling of plant reproductive material that is not on the maintained list, and favours agribusiness at the expense of biodiversity and food security. The law on this is already strict, and this will make it stricter.
