What are you doing this Saturday, May 15th? Don't mow the lawn, go shopping
or wash the car. Log on to:
and be part of the Royal Meteorological Society and the Woodland Trust's
first phenology seminar 'Nature and seasons in a changing climate'. Listen
to and watch Dr Chris West of the UK Climate Impacts Programme on the future
of the our climate, Dr Tim Sparks, the UK's foremost phenologist, Dr Jean
Emberlin on why the future looks gloomy for hay fever sufferers and more
Email your questions in now or during the seminar (by replying to this
email), and be part of the action. If you miss it it will be available from
Tuesday as an archive listen again facility. To make sure you will be able
to log on and to view the programme, visit now and click on the test video

      Best wishes

      Jill Attenborough
      Phenology Project Manager

PS. And if that wasn't enough phenology for you then tune in to Radio 4 on
Monday night at 9pm for the first in the new series of Nature, focusing
      on... phenology! (repeated Tuesday 11am)
