Please help us stop the mass extermination by sending
two letters. The first to the Ministers and Knesset
Members and second to the specific mayor. Feel free to
edit the letter but please keep it polite and
respectful. We are taking matter to the Israel High
Court of Justice which already proclaimed mass
extermination to be illegal.

Dear Ministers and Knesset Members,
Due to a single case of rabies on the Golan Heights in
Israel thousands of street cats as well as many
hundreds of family pet cats and dogs are scheduled to
be brutally poisoned to death on February 21-22 by the
Israeli Veterinary Services under the control of the
Ministry of Agriculture and Municipality of Katzrin .
Please do everything in your power to stop it. It is
time this illegal extermination be taken out of the
Israeli Veterinary Services arsenel and legal,
effective, humane methods be used. The proscribed and
legal method of dealing with these situations are to
determine which individual animals, if any, have been
in contact with the rabid animal and quarantine them.
Efforts to orally vaccinate the local wild life need
to be redoubled, all animals in the area should be
given rabies vaccines free of charge, feral cats
should be spayed and neutered by the local authorities
with government support.
Mayor Shmuel Bar Lev
Dear Mayor Bar Lev
Please stop you planned extermination scheduled for
February 21st and instead:
1.Determine which individual animals, if any, have
been in contact with the rabid animal
3. Redouble efforts to orally vaccinate the local wild
4. Give free or cost only rabies vaccines toall
animals in the area
5. Spay/neuter feral cats
In addition to the needless pain and suffering your
plan will be causing to animals and humans, this
action will bring negative publicity to yourself and
your town throughout the world.
