You could try reinstalling the WinUSB drivers. Go the the device management window and right click on Perseus icon, choose uninstall. Then unplug and re-plug

You could try reinstalling the WinUSB drivers.
Go the the device management window and right click on Perseus icon, choose uninstall.
Then unplug and re-plug the usb cable.
Repeat these two steps until Windows doesn't recognize the device, then procede with normal WinUSB drivers install.

I did the edit of the microtelecom map with regedit, tried changing USB ports, and even reinstalled the Perseus software, but no luck. And I don't have NVidia video. So it couldn't be that either. Also, when I try to run HF Scan, I get a "Perseus Fx2 Firmware load error" message. Anyone else have experience fixing this problem??? Am going on vacation next week and would like to take the Perseus along, so its kind of urgent!!
