      Hi,
You could probably check the size of that file at regular intervals using something like
$size = -s $filename; on the ftp server, but provided u know the file size before hand to compare it as it is being copied over.

      Hi,

I am using Net::FTP module to download file from FTP server. How can i check whether file on ftp server is still open ( partially copied ) or not.

If it is not open, then i can start downloading but if not, i need to wait.
      Pls guide me on this.

      Regards,
      Prasanna A. Goupal
