      You can get DBD::ODBC 1.13 via PPM from Activestate. Tried a few
      minutes ago.

      c:\> ppm
      ppm> search DBD-ODBC

      > cpan> i /DBD-ODBC/
      > ...
      > cpan> install DBD-ODBC
      > Warning: Cannot install DBD-ODBC, don't know what it is.

      I think you want
      install DBD::ODBC

      You should use :: in the CPAN shell and - in PPM.
