      10 x 25 kick with board on 40 seconds
      Main Set
      3 X 300 free on 5:00 or 6:00
      3 X 200 free on 3:30 or 4:00
      5 X 100 free on 1:30 or 2:00
      10 X 25 kick with board on 40 seconds
      Cool down
      6  X 50 15 second rest in between each 50
      Total yardage 3,100
