      I wonder why JIRA always generates these weird URLs to put into these
      reports. This example here contains a spurious parameter
      "page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel",
      looks like a Java class but doesn't really have any relevance to the
      tracker. Weird.

        It's options, last item touched, and how it was viewed. There is relevance, just not user friendly... Clicking the link takes you directly the result of that action.  I can consistently generate several different links to the same JIRA depending on what I am doing.
