      [18:08] *** [Chair]Eddy has joined #pcgen.
      [18:08] [Admin_SB]Drew: ook
      [18:08] [Admin_SB]Drew: Now we have a quorum
      [18:08] [Chair]Eddy: Ook
[18:08] [Chair]Eddy: Sorry everyone, lost track of time
      [18:09] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Ook!
[18:09] [Chair]Eddy: have you started without me?
[18:09] [Admin_SB]Drew: Well, it's going to be a short meeting
[18:09] [Code_SB]james: We were just about to :)
[18:09] [Admin_SB]Drew: Nope, we were discussing bugs
      [18:09] [Chair]Eddy: whats up?
[18:09] [Admin_SB]Drew: then we were about to do reports
[18:10] [Chair]Eddy: OK, I can start off then
      [18:10] [Chair]Eddy: Sound good?
      [18:10] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yes, sounds good
      [18:10] [Chair]Eddy: OK. Content Report:
      [18:10] [Chair]Eddy: Docs
      [18:10] [Chair]Eddy: Doc Bugs: 0
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: Doc FREQs: 23 for 5.16 (41 total, +1 since last
      meeting)
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: Output Sheets
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: OS Bugs: 3 for 5.16 (3 total, unchanged since last
      meeting)
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: OS FREQs: 2 for 5.16 (37 total, unchanged since
      last meeting)
[18:11] [Chair]Eddy: Chuck is working on the last two FREQs, he should
have them ready to commit soon
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: Data
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: Data Bugs: 27 for 5.16 (45 Total, -3 since last
      meeting)
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: Data FREQs: 28 for 5.16 (102 Total, unchanged since
      last meeting)
      [18:11] [Chair]Eddy: New Source Development: 9 for 5.16 (16 Total, +1
      since last meeting)
[18:11] [Chair]Eddy: 6 are ready to go into the release and I'll be
      moving them this week
[18:11] [Chair]Eddy: That leaves the Pathfinder beta, the 4e starter set
      and Unearthed Arcana
[18:12] [Chair]Eddy: I haven't heard from Stefan recently but assume
      he's still working on it,
[18:12] [Chair]Eddy: We'll need to be prepared to do an OGL quickly once
      he's committed it
[18:12] [Chair]Eddy: The 4e starter set we've already decided to release
as a separate download so it doesn't gate the release
[18:12] [Chair]Eddy: I've not seen any activity on Unearthed Arcana so
I'm doubting it will be ready but I'll ask Tir about it's status
[18:12] [Code_SB]james: I've been chatting with Stefan and he is still
progressing - was converting SA to DESC most recently
[18:12] [Chair]Eddy: That's about it, I see Zaister on the list, is
      Stefan actually here?
      [18:13] [Admin_SB]Drew: Not likely...
[18:13] [Chair]Eddy: OK, questions for content?
      [18:13] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yes
      [18:13] [Chair]Eddy: go
      [18:13] [PR_SB]Maredudd: No question but a comment.
[18:13] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Got a request on Paizo's boards today for the
      PF Modules to be included.
[18:14] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I think I'll do a couple of the smaller ones in
      the next few weeks.
[18:14] [Chair]Eddy: no reason we can't right? we just need someone to
      code them
      [18:14] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Right.
      [18:14] [Admin_SB]Drew: OS - I've noticed that the DESC isn't looking
right for the aspect tag. It's missing items, like the aspects aren't
being put together. Ranger is a good example... This was standard HTML OS
[18:15] [Code_SB]james: Is that a tag issue or a sheet issue?
[18:15] [Chair]Eddy: the standard OS doesn't use the aspects
[18:15] [Chair]Eddy: it just used on the stat block sheets
[18:15] [Admin_SB]Drew: I don't really know... Which one is using it then?
[18:16] [Admin_SB]Drew: okay, I'll take another look then... that's it
      for me.
[18:16] [Chair]Eddy: the way I've been using ASPECT is to abreviate
stuff, so you can have like "Sneak Attack 2d6" on a list of abilities
[18:17] [Chair]Eddy: but on the full sheet the 2d6 would be part of the
      longer content in the DESC
[18:17] [Admin_SB]Drew: Chuck is working on the pdf OS correct?
      [18:17] [Chair]Eddy: Yes
[18:18] [Chair]Eddy: he sent me some files to test and it worked fine
[18:18] [Chair]Eddy: he just needs to replicate that one the different
color versions and he was delayed by RL again
      [18:19] [Chair]Eddy: but I don't see a problem, just a small delay
      [18:19] [Admin_SB]Drew: Sounds good.
      [18:19] [Chair]Eddy: any other questions?
      [18:19] [Admin_SB]Drew: none here
      [18:19] [PR_SB]Maredudd: None from me.
[18:19] [Chair]Eddy: who wants to go next?
      [18:20] [Admin_SB]Drew: James
      [18:20] [PR_SB]Maredudd: 'll go.
      [18:20] [Admin_SB]Drew: Okay, Eric
      [18:20] [Admin_SB]Drew: :)
      [18:20] [Chair]Eddy: You're up Eric
[18:21] [PR_SB]Maredudd: The press release for the last two Pathfinder
AP sets went out just fine and we have seen some small feedback. Folks
      are happy to have them.
[18:21] [PR_SB]Maredudd: The press release for 5.15.8 is nearly ready
and will go out as soon as the release is made.
[18:22] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I am preparing a letter to go out to a few of
the publishers just to keep in touch.
[18:22] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I am also going to make a post on the PCGen
list to see if I can recruit some help on the PL team.
[18:23] [PR_SB]Maredudd: As soon as the PF RPG Beta set is ready we'll
      jump on the OGL review.
      [18:23] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Thats it for PR . . . Not much tonight.
      [18:23] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Any questions?
      [18:24] [Admin_SB]Drew: None here
[18:24] [Chair]Eddy: nice to know folk are liking the Pathfinder sets :-)
      [18:24] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Yep! Real nice!
      [18:24] [Code_SB]james: None from me
[18:24] [PR_SB]Maredudd: And Ihit nk we beat our competition to the
      release for Endless Night . . .
[18:25] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Way to go Eddy!
[18:25] [Chair]Eddy: heh heh, I beat my own hard copy ariving
      [18:25] [PR_SB]Maredudd: :-)
      [18:25] [Admin_SB]Drew: I didn't realize we were in competition...
      [18:25] [Admin_SB]Drew: :)
[18:25] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Thats right! We have NO copetition! :-)
      [18:26] [Chair]Eddy: cause they can't cope
[18:26] [Chair]Eddy: Ok that was silly
[18:26] [Admin_SB]Drew: Okay, I'm ready, my report is short
      [18:26] [Chair]Eddy: go Drew
[18:26] [Admin_SB]Drew: Trackers - All seems good on the front. Clean up
is going well, mainly being handled by Fluxxdog.

Website - No obvious effort made here. RL has kept me busier than
usual. I plan on getting things back in gear, we have two additional
test sites. Our main web team members have conflicting schedules so
getting a meeting is harder than originally thought.

[18:26] [Admin_SB]Drew: Release - Delayed till James is satisfied with
certain bugs being squashed. Otherwise 5.15.8 is on the cusp of release.
      Any comments James?
[18:27] [Code_SB]james: Last issue I ahve things held up for is the
exclude issue which Eddy has reported
[18:27] [Code_SB]james: I haven't tested it yet but it sounds like
something we don't want to have released
[18:28] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yeah, sounds like something to fix before release
[18:28] [Code_SB]james: Eddy what are your thoughts?
[18:28] [Chair]Eddy: It kills the Arcanis set, I'd agree it needs fixing
      before release
      [18:28] [Code_SB]james: ok
[18:28] [Admin_SB]Drew: Any other questions for Admin?
[18:29] [Chair]Eddy: gives me time to move the last Pathfinder sets in
      [18:29] [Code_SB]james: none from me
      [18:29] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Nope.
      [18:29] [Chair]Eddy: none from me
      [18:29] [Admin_SB]Drew: Okay, James I think your up... :)
      [18:29] [Chair]Eddy: Yup
      [18:29] [Code_SB]james: ok
      [18:29] [Code_SB]james: 11 freqs since last alpha (1 p8 and 2 p7 remain
for 5.16 plus the 7 arch requests)
[18:29] [Code_SB]james: Note that 1986958 "[Pathfinder] Skill Cost and
CSKILL overhaul" is not required for Pathfinder support, so will be
scaled back to a P6 and likely not done this release.
[18:30] [Code_SB]james: However there is one requirement not in a
tracker that is needed for Pathfinder support. This is the adding spells
to a sorcerer's known list form an ability.
[18:30] [Code_SB]james: I'll be looking to resurrect the discussion on
      this for a quick resolution.
      [18:30] [Code_SB]james: 4 bugs fixed since last alpha (64 remain for 5.16)
[18:30] [Code_SB]james: No activity on the plugin side
      [18:31] [Code_SB]james: Any questions?
      [18:31] [Admin_SB]Drew: none here
[18:32] [Chair]Eddy: has there been a discussion on that Pathfinder FREQ
      that you can bump?
[18:32] [Code_SB]james: There has been yes
[18:32] [Code_SB]james: I'll also try and pull together a spec on the wiki
[18:32] [Code_SB]james: I think we were down to a few corner cases that
      Tom was considering
      [18:32] [Chair]Eddy: OK, I'll watch for it
      [18:33] [Admin_SB]Drew: I bumped the msg
[18:33] [Chair]Eddy: no more questions from me
      [18:34] [Code_SB]james: Thanks for that
[18:34] [Chair]Eddy: ok, one more question
      [18:34] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Too late!
      [18:34] [PR_SB]Maredudd: :-)
      [18:34] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Not really!
[18:35] [Chair]Eddy: I take it that one more bug to fix means the
      release won't be tonight
[18:35] [Chair]Eddy: so I can get a few commits in?
      [18:35] [Code_SB]james: Yes I think that's what will happen - I've alos
      got other committments tonight too
[18:36] [Admin_SB]Drew: So a two day delay then?
[18:36] [Code_SB]james: just under 36 hours form now hopefully
[18:36] [Chair]Eddy: Well, its december so that's how things go
      [18:36] [Chair]Eddy: sounds good
      [18:36] [Chair]Eddy: I've got a comment for Kar
[18:37] [Chair]Eddy: Thanks for his work on the space issues in the OS
      [18:37] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I have a question on our roadmap . . .
[18:38] [Chair]Eddy: he could nail down where some odd extra spaces are
comming from but we now have a nice set of tools to work around it
[18:38] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I'm assuming the release for 5.16 will be
delayed untill after the holidays this month?
[18:40] [Code_SB]james: Yes I think that is highly likely now. We have
had at leats a two week delay to the schedule with the beta release delay
[18:40] [Chair]Eddy: and the holidays will slow all of our output down
[18:41] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Just wanted to make sure. I have a few words in
the press release in reference to the final release.
[18:41] [Admin_SB]Drew: I'll be the most unaffected by the holidays... :)
[18:41] [Chair]Eddy: gotta work through it?
[18:41] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Nothing specific, but a simple note as our
previous press releases talked about a december release.
[18:42] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yeah, I work it all, so nothing changes for me.
[18:42] [Code_SB]james: and I'll be likely to have extra time over the hols
[18:42] [Code_SB]james: yeah it will be January now
[18:43] [Chair]Eddy: I'm doing some traveling between xmas and new years
      [18:44] [Admin_SB]Drew: James - I sent you a pcg file to test. I just
tested the load time of the pcg I sent, and it's delayed... I don't
think the removal of the output helped, but try it yourself
[18:44] [Chair]Eddy: James, got a question for Code
[18:45] [Code_SB]james: Thanks Drew - I'll look at that after the blocker
      [18:45] [Admin_SB]Drew: Thanks.
      [18:45] [Code_SB]james: @ Eddy, yes?
[18:45] [Chair]Eddy: it's about the FREQ for a way to hide unconstructed
messages, I was wondering it it was in consideration for 5.16?
[18:46] [Chair]Eddy: without something like that some sets will generate
those messages even when the coding is intentional
[18:46] [Code_SB]james: It seems like somethign we will need, but that's
more a question for Tom (with his architecture hat)
[18:46] [Chair]Eddy: notable the Campaign sets like RSRD Code book I
[18:47] [Chair]Eddy: I'll ask when he gets back
[18:47] [Chair]Eddy: Do we have any open agenda topics tonight?
[18:48] [Admin_SB]Drew: Just what Kar had
[18:48] [Admin_SB]Drew: End Game for ALPHA but I think we covered it
      [18:48] [Chair]Eddy: Yeah
      [18:48] *** [Code_SB]james has left #pcgen.
[18:49] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Are we soup yet?
[18:49] [Chair]Eddy: I think you're right Eric, going to be a short meeting
[18:49] [Admin_SB]Drew: I'd love to see the work Chuck has made,
interested in seeing those aspect tags in full use
      [18:49] [Chair]Eddy: the PDF won't use them
      [18:49] *** [Code_SB]james has joined #pcgen.
      [18:50] [Code_SB]james: back
[18:50] [Chair]Eddy: those sheets are just like the Standard OS, it does
      Name and DESC
[18:50] [Admin_SB]Drew: Ah, okay... Well, I'd still love to see the
progress. See if they'll be useable for my game this weekend
      [18:51] [Chair]Eddy: I'll send them to you
[18:51] [Admin_SB]Drew: Eric - Thanks my Chicken soup was wonderful
      [18:51] [PR_SB]Maredudd: :-)
      [18:51] [Admin_SB]Drew: Home made too!
[18:52] [Admin_SB]Drew: Eddy - Thanks... Do we have any other topics or
      we calling this Bird Cooked?
[18:52] [Code_SB]james: Quick question before the end of the meeting -
how does eveyrone feel about moving the meeting back by an hour or even
      30 mins?
      [18:52] [Chair]Eddy: I can manage that
      [18:52] [Admin_SB]Drew: 6:30 or 7pm my time is not a problem
      [18:52] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I'm fine with that James.
[18:52] [Chair]Eddy: It's almost 2pm where you are James, right?
      [18:53] [Code_SB]james: yes that's rihgt - back to work time :)
[18:53] [Chair]Eddy: moving it back would be 8pm EST for me
      [18:54] [Chair]Eddy: (not a problem for me)
[18:54] [Code_SB]james: Not a problem today, but for a longer meeting it
would mean I could participate for longer
      [18:54] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Not a problem for me.
[18:54] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yeah, no problems here
      [18:54] [Chair]Eddy: Drew, you're west coast right?
      [18:54] [Admin_SB]Drew: Correct
      [18:54] [Admin_SB]Drew: I'm the least affected
[18:55] [Chair]Eddy: OK, lets try that next time
      [18:55] [Code_SB]james: Thanks
      [18:55] [Chair]Eddy: anything else?
      [18:55] [Code_SB]james: 8pm or 8:30pm EST?
      [18:55] [Chair]Eddy: what's best for you?
      [18:56] [Code_SB]james: 8:30 is probably ideal
[18:56] [Chair]Eddy: lets try that then
      [18:56] [Code_SB]james: Thank-you!
      [18:56] [Admin_SB]Drew: :)
      [18:56] [Chair]Eddy: no problem
[18:57] [Chair]Eddy: Alright, this birds cooked, *bangs gavel* thanks
      everyone
