      [19:00] [Chair]Eddy: Ok lets begin
      [19:00] [Chair]Eddy: although I don't think we have a quorum
      [19:00] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Im in
      [19:01] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Three? Don't think so .. .
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: I'll start, Content Report:
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: Docs
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: Doc Bugs: 2 for 5.16 (2 total, +1 since last meeting)
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: Doc FREQs: 47 for 5.16 (54 total, +1 since last
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: Output Sheets
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: OS Bugs: 4 for 5.16 (4 total, unchanged since last
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: OS FREQs: 19 for 5.16 (38 total, +1 since last meeting)
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: Data
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: Data Bugs: 11 for 5.16 (30 Total, +2 since last
      [19:01] [Chair]Eddy: Data FREQs: 56 for 5.16 (125 Total, -3 since last
      [19:02] [Chair]Eddy: New Source Development: 15 for 5.16 (19 Total, -2
      since last meeting)
[19:02] [Chair]Eddy: James will not make it, he's posted a short report
which I'll repost for the record
[19:02] [Chair]Eddy: The critical bugs stopping the release were cleared
late last week allowing the 5.15.2 release to be made. We are still
seeing bugs reported and this is a good thing as it means we know what
needs to be corrected. The numbers are mounting up so bug fixing will
need to continue along with the feature development.
[19:02] [Chair]Eddy: There were 9 features added to the schedule for the
5.16 release and 3 features actioned since the last meeting. Total
currently outstanding is 39. It is becoming apparent that we will need
to either expand the timeline or reduce the scope for the 5.16 release.
My recommendation is that we look upon the priority 5 items as nice to
haves and expect them to be dropped from the release.
[19:02] [Chair]Eddy: With the delay in 5.15.2 by 2 weeks we should slip
the rest of the 5.15.2 schedule by a similar amount.
[19:03] [Chair]Eddy: End of James report
      [19:03] [Chair]Eddy: questions?
      [19:03] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yes
      [19:03] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Nope. But I do have a comment.
      [19:03] [Chair]Eddy: Drew
[19:03] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I have no problem with a two week slip in the
      schedule . . .
[19:03] [Admin_SB]Drew: New Development - How many of those are actually
being worked on, as opposed to requests for those sources?
[19:04] [Chair]Eddy: Drew, not sure but I'd guess not as many as there
      are set to 5.16
[19:04] [Admin_SB]Drew: I think only a few of us are actually doing
sets, so those numbers are off.
[19:05] [Chair]Eddy: Eric, I have no problem with the schedule either,
at this point the more time the better
[19:05] [Admin_SB]Drew: That was my only question. - I agree the
schedule will need to be moved up.
      [19:05] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Right.
      [19:06] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Moved out . . .
[19:06] [Chair]Eddy: So should we set any sets to Unsheduled unless we
know someone is moving forward with it?
      [19:06] [Admin_SB]Drew: That is a multipart question -
      [19:06] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Yes. I think so.
[19:07] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Complete Guide to Drow can be pushed out as can
      Iron Kingdoms
[19:07] [Chair]Eddy: do you have a multi part answer? ;-)
[19:07] [Admin_SB]Drew: Any sets we have being worked on, should remain.
Any sets partially completed should go to unscheduled, any that are
strictly requests should be deleted and moved to the Wiki wish list
[19:07] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Ptolus, Talislanta, and R&R as well
[19:07] [Admin_SB]Drew: That is my position....
[19:07] [Chair]Eddy: sounds good to me
[19:08] [Admin_SB]Drew: Eric, pushed out meaning deleted correct?
      [19:08] *** [Arch_SB]thpr has joined #pcgen.
      [19:08] [Admin_SB]Drew: Hi Tom
[19:08] [PR_SB]Maredudd: YEs. I can live with that.
      [19:08] [Arch_SB]thpr: hey
      [19:08] [Arch_SB]thpr: light attendance
[19:08] [Chair]Eddy: Oops, looks like you'll need to back out that last
      commit Drew
[19:08] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Er, maybe not for all though.
[19:08] [Admin_SB]Drew: OKay, I'll get on those trackers
      [19:09] [Admin_SB]Drew: ?> Skill point fix?
      [19:09] [Chair]Eddy: 3*INTSCORE is correct for 3e
[19:09] [PR_SB]Maredudd: There is a chance we can et perms for Iron
Kingdoms eventually, and I believe Paul G was working that one at one
      time . . .
[19:09] [Arch_SB]thpr: sounds like we're on other topics, rather than a
      quorum for the meeting?
[19:09] [Admin_SB]Drew: Really? Okay, I'll back it out.
      [19:09] [Chair]Eddy: Hi Tom
      [19:09] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Hi Tom! :-)
[19:09] [Chair]Eddy: well, we actually have started
[19:09] [Admin_SB]Drew: Question derailment during the reports actually
      [19:09] [Arch_SB]thpr: ah
      [19:10] [Arch_SB]thpr: I'll quiet down then ;)
[19:10] [Chair]Eddy: no problem, lets get back on track
[19:10] [Chair]Eddy: Drew, you want to go next?
      [19:11] [Admin_SB]Drew: Sure
      [19:11] [Admin_SB]Drew: Admin Report -
[19:12] [Admin_SB]Drew: Trackers - (Handling a few issues) Kar has been
on top of the oversight of trackers.
[19:12] [Admin_SB]Drew: Release - We managed to clear up the show
stopping bugs and I got to release 5.15.2 (Keep James killing bugs)
[19:12] [Admin_SB]Drew: Release schedule has been requested we move it
back two weeks to account for the delay
[19:13] [Admin_SB]Drew: I have no objection and it appears none are
      being raised at this time
      [19:13] [Admin_SB]Drew: Web Team -
[19:14] [Admin_SB]Drew: Well, we have had spurts of activity.
Unfortunately all the coders had RL so we've been making due after the
big upgrade. I was able to get ONE mailing list working, but I think a
drupal experienced coder needs to take a look
[19:14] [Admin_SB]Drew: The mailing list was from the original site that
I moved over. The new ones are having death throes at the moment.
[19:15] [Admin_SB]Drew: I'd encourage people to play with the mailing
list. See what fixes may be needed
[19:15] [Admin_SB]Drew: Any questions for Admin?
      [19:15] [Chair]Eddy: yes
      [19:16] [Chair]Eddy: I have a tracker/release question
      [19:16] [Admin_SB]Drew: go
[19:16] [Chair]Eddy: We talked about reopening all the new data tracker
      for the OOC set
[19:16] [Chair]Eddy: are we in agreement to do that?
      [19:16] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yes
      [19:17] [Chair]Eddy: any objections?
[19:17] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I have no problem with that.
[19:17] [Admin_SB]Drew: I removed those entires from the release notes.
[19:17] [Chair]Eddy: OK, we'll reopen all those and close once they are
      moved into the trunk
[19:18] [Chair]Eddy: If there are no other questions shall we go to Eric
      and PR?
      [19:19] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Well, if there are no questions . . . I'll go
      ahead . ..
      [19:19] [PR_SB]Maredudd: PR Report
[19:20] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Press Releases went out today for the latest Alpha.
[19:21] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I would like you folks to review the press
releases for the past few months and let me know how they are .
      [19:21] [PR_SB]Maredudd: PL Report . . . I am slowly going through the
list of publishers a I contacted at Gen Con with a follow-up.
[19:22] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I'll bring any significant news forward as it
[19:22] [PR_SB]Maredudd: We did get a niddble from UKG Publishing on
Year of the Zombie, but nothing to move forward with yet.
      [19:23] [PR_SB]Maredudd: OGL Report . . . There are a cupe of sets that
require OGL attention . They will get done this week and we can move
      those sets forward.
      [19:23] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Any questions?
      [19:23] [Chair]Eddy: nope
[19:24] [Chair]Eddy: Tom, how about the ARCH report
[19:25] [Arch_SB]thpr: not too much to report
[19:26] [Arch_SB]thpr: though James did get some detailed experience
with the new code as he was debugging some of the issues we've had
[19:26] [Arch_SB]thpr: we had a good discussion over the weekend on
things we may need to evaluate in the new code
[19:27] [Arch_SB]thpr: it also reinforces what needs to be in the
remaining arch docs, since the areas those docs were to cover are the
areas that were the least clear at first inspection of the code
[19:27] [Arch_SB]thpr: so some concerns, and things to document, but
      nothing show-stopping design-wise
[19:27] [Arch_SB]thpr: which is good - and shows that other people can
understand the code, even if it has a startup cost
[19:28] [Arch_SB]thpr: I have some local changes I'm evaluating to get
the token work restarted, and that should progress as this week goes along
      [19:28] [Arch_SB]thpr: any ?s
      [19:29] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Not from me . . . :-)
      [19:29] [Chair]Eddy: I'm good
      [19:29] [Admin_SB]Drew: good
[19:29] [Chair]Eddy: OK lets hit Kars agenda
      [19:30] [Chair]Eddy: 1.) 5.14.2 - Do we need it - Still haven't seen
anything come up, will be interesting to see if the CMP upgrade to
5.14.1 data will throw up anything at the last minute.
[19:30] [Chair]Eddy: no, still nothing pressing
      [19:30] [Chair]Eddy: and CMP still hasn't released 5.14.1 data
      [19:30] [Chair]Eddy: 2.) 5.16.x - Seems like we've got everything
      scheduled in now?
      [19:30] [Admin_SB]Drew: still? wow
      [19:30] [Chair]Eddy: yeah, still
[19:31] [Chair]Eddy: I think there is some question about our scope features
[19:31] [Chair]Eddy: Have we finished all the discussions at experimental?
      [19:31] [Admin_SB]Drew: Scope Feature?
      [19:32] [Chair]Eddy: seem like I don't remember a resolution to skills
[19:32] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Last I spoke with Stefan he still had an item
or two to bring forward . . .
      [19:32] [Chair]Eddy: feature scope
[19:32] [Arch_SB]thpr: I think we need the Pathfinder folks to chime in
      to see if it's complete
      [19:32] [Chair]Eddy: FREQ list
[19:32] [Arch_SB]thpr: meaning our folks working on the Pathfinder sets
[19:32] [Admin_SB]Drew: Hm, we still need someone to tackle remaining 4e
[19:32] [Chair]Eddy: do we know of any?
      [19:33] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Who has point on 4e?
[19:33] [Chair]Eddy: I'm not looking at pathfinder but I have done some
      4e stuff
[19:33] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yeah, I sent an email and realized what we might
[19:33] [Admin_SB]Drew: Tir is doing a 4e test set, and I was assisting
[19:33] [Chair]Eddy: done anything with that?
[19:33] [Admin_SB]Drew: But we got distracted by other projects
      [19:33] [Admin_SB]Drew: :P
[19:34] [Admin_SB]Drew: I'll be able to give more effort in that
      direction in the next week
[19:34] [Chair]Eddy: making a gamemode and OF for it may highlight any
      remaining problmes
      [19:34] [Chair]Eddy: OS that is
[19:35] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yeah, OS... Bloodied state but I think we have
      something to handle that
[19:35] [Admin_SB]Drew: and some new things, like healing surges and
such. I'll give you a list as I come across the items
[19:35] [Chair]Eddy: no need, I have the books
      [19:36] [Chair]Eddy: I have a skeleton set as well
[19:36] [Admin_SB]Drew: Ok, then you want to make trackers for potential
      [19:36] [Chair]Eddy: if I find any
      [19:36] [Admin_SB]Drew: Ah, cool.
[19:37] [Chair]Eddy: all in all 4e seems less problematic than pathfinder
[19:37] [Chair]Eddy: anyway, lets move on
[19:37] [Chair]Eddy: 3.) Post Gencon, did we see a spike in web traffic
      and/or downloads after the con?
      [19:38] [Chair]Eddy: anyone looked?
[19:38] [PR_SB]Maredudd: I havn't checked the stats lately. Are they
      running yet?
[19:38] [Chair]Eddy: stats are back up
      [19:38] [Admin_SB]Drew: I haven't checked them
      [19:39] [Arch_SB]thpr: there's a slight bump recently, but I'm not sure
      I'd read much into it
[19:39] [Arch_SB]thpr: esp. since August was the lowest month in the
      last year
      [19:40] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Approx 1600 in a week.
[19:40] [Admin_SB]Drew: I'd expect spikes for new releases, major spikes
      with the production releases
[19:40] [Arch_SB]thpr: and average is just over 5K a month over the last
      year, so not much change
      [19:40] [Arch_SB]thpr: Drew: not really
[19:40] [Arch_SB]thpr: it's pretty flat, even if you look at just stable
[19:41] [PR_SB]Maredudd: It is down overall compare to a couple of years
ago, with respect to spikes for releases . . .
[19:42] [Arch_SB]thpr: That's a sign of maturity, in some ways
[19:42] [Arch_SB]thpr: less requirement to upgrade means people won't
      create spikes
[19:42] [Arch_SB]thpr: A lot of what we're doing is tweaks, not major
      new items
      [19:42] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Never thought if it that way . . . :-)
      [19:43] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Cool!
[19:43] [Arch_SB]thpr: it's also part of why the volunteer force is the
      size it is
[19:43] [Admin_SB]Drew: Yeah, most "I need help" questions come from
those who have 5.12 or 5.14... haven't seen anything below 5.10
[19:44] [PR_SB]Maredudd: And we've had over 400 d/ls of the OOC data sets.
      [19:44] [Chair]Eddy: Cool
[19:44] [Arch_SB]thpr: less stuff left to do and less need for new stuff
      drives less "itch"
[19:44] [Arch_SB]thpr: yea, the OOC datapoint is interesting
      [19:44] [Arch_SB]thpr: that's only a few weeks, right?
[19:44] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Well see what kind of legs they have . . .
      [19:45] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Yeah. BAck to mid-august.
[19:46] [PR_SB]Maredudd: It looks like nearly 70 d/ls on the day the pr
      went out . . .
      [19:47] [Admin_SB]Drew: Nice
      [19:49] [Arch_SB]thpr: next topic?
[19:49] [Chair]Eddy: I think we can skip the rest of Kars stuff, we've
covered most of it or it should be left for the BoD list
      [19:49] [Arch_SB]thpr: ok
[19:50] [Chair]Eddy: anyone have anything needing discussion?
      [19:50] [Admin_SB]Drew: i don't have anything
      [19:51] [Arch_SB]thpr: not me
      [19:51] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Not me.
      [19:51] [Chair]Eddy: well, I'm beat so I got nothing
      [19:51] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Duz we heard a gaval?
      [19:52] [Chair]Eddy: let's call it a short one
      [19:52] [Admin_SB]Drew: Short one
      [19:52] [Chair]Eddy: *bangs gavel*
      [19:52] [Admin_SB]Drew: I got the log
      [19:52] [Arch_SB]thpr: 'night all
      [19:52] [PR_SB]Maredudd: Its a short one!
      [19:52] [Chair]Eddy: thanks everyone
