I can't see anything obvious in the PCG file that might cause this.

I can't find TYPE=Equipment anywhere in the source materials for the
      character (SRD35).

            The Output Sheet contains DEFENSE.EQUIPMENT

...and the miscinfo.lst game mode file doesn't contain an ACTYPE of
            Equipment.

So it's either an OS being used for a Game Mode for which it is not
designed, or a Game Mode not preparing for what the OS will expect...
            or something like that.

            TP.

I have encountered the same error but my character is a new one
created using 5.14.1. My output sheet was working correctly until I
added equiped a weapon on the character. Now I get the "calcACOfType
Invalid ACType: Equipment" error until I remove the weapons. Also, I
noticed when the error occurs the output xml is missing a big chunk
in the weapons section. When the error occurs my weapons section
                  looks as follows:

Not totally at the moment, but I know how to fix, without breaking
base.xml into different files per gamemode. I'll look at your trace

Would someone assign that OS tracker to me? All I have to do is do a
GAMEMODE check around the offending bit for ACType Equipment.
