      Not should you *ever* quit PCGen. ;)

      Leveling down is a touchy issue - especially going to level 0. I know
      how to fix this, but it's a huge project for fairly little payoff
      since it's easy enough to recreate a character or manually fix a
      character for the little bits that go wrong.
