If you get documented permission from CMB, I can supply data files
that are probably better than 50% complete but about a year and a
half old. They are based on the revised version 2 pdf mentioned
below. I don't have the time to bring them up to snuff to the latest
srd standards and finish them but they'll give someone a good head

Wizards said anything about adding non-SRD, but
official fan-licensed material? Like maybe from
Planescape http://www.ps3e.com/ and Mystara
