      All you need to do is to change the worshippers alignment
      (FOLLOWERALIGN) of the deity, the easiest way to do that is going
      directly to the kalamardeities.lst and include the value "0" (which
      stands for Lawful Good) to the FOLLOWERALIGN tag of your specific
      deity.

      For example, if your deity present range of worshippers are neutral
      good, you will see FOLLOWERALIGN:3 just change it to FOLLOWERALIGN:03

      Btw, the alignments are:
      0 = Lawful Good
      1 = Lawful Neutral
      2 = Lawful Evil
      3 = Neutral Good
      4 = True Neutral
      5 = Neutral Evil
      6 = Chaotic Good
      7 = Chaotic Neutral
      8 = Chaotic Evil

      In creating a Paladin for the Kalamar world, PCGen will not permit
      me to
      choose a diety who is not lawful good. However, in the Player's
      Handbook,
      the Religion paragraph (p. 41) it states, "Those who align
      themselves with a
      particular religions prefer Heironeous, god of valor, over all
      other, but some
      follow Pelor, the [NG] sun god."

      So clearly the core rules permit a paladin to follow a diety who is
      not lawful
      good.
