      Look,

I don't know if you've been paying attention or not, but Bryan and Mynex
spent money out of their own pockets to fly to Seattle to have a sit down
with WotC (Who have been VERY helpful, forthcoming, understanding and
diligent). They are in constant talks with AV and WotC et al. in an attempt
to get this content BACK INTO PCGEN.

It's not an "Oh, well" attitude. They are being proactive in their attempts
to show our good faith, and prove that we are worthy of the rest of the
content. There is absoultely NO reason why WotC SHOULD give us this
content. No legal precedent, nothing other than us proving to them that by
giving us an extended IP liscnese, they will, in some way, profit. And
that, my friends, is the bottom line. Like it or not. WotC is a business,
they are in this to make money. They understand that to make money, people
have to buy their products, and that is where we have to prove that we can
      help.

And, if they say "No, just stick with d20 and the SRD" That's what we get.
No if's ands or buts. No legal recourse, nothing.

Now, everyone stop the mindless, uninformed and poorly thought out
speculation, and wait, like the rest of us. If you REALLY want to improve
our chances. DOn't talk down about WotC on these boards, help make the
program and LST files cleaner and more robust, and trust that there are
people involved in this that REALLY, REALLY want this thing to happen for
      us.

      *sheesh*
