      Hello all...

Where (which file, which tag) is the +1 selected? How can I change
this number to zero (or any other number)?

      Thanks,

Right now you can't.... specialists and characters with domains all
get a +1 tacked on to their number of spells they can cast. We do
need to make this flexible... could you submit a feature request for
this at our sourceforge site? sf.net/projects/pcgen click on
the "Tracker" and then "Feature Requests".
