Subject: [pcgen] House Rule to remove Encumberance penalties?

Is there any chance of getting a house rule to remove encumberance
penalties?  Besides the fact that we have to add two weapons for
weapons that can be used melee or thrown, it would simply be nice to
not have PCGen automatically add an armor check, movement, etc.
penalty.  It seems like a really easy add.

      Thanks,
      Tony
