Here's what you need to do:

      1) Make sure you have the most recent Java Virtual Machine on your system (there's a link from the site, but in case you don't have the site address, you can download the latest VM build at http://download.microsoft.com/download/javasdk/Install/3319/W9XNT4Me/EN-US/msjavx86.exe).  Install that download - you only need to do this once.
      2) Download the latest version of PCgen from http://www.mcs.net/~mocha/frp/3e/.  This file is usually updated every couple of days, so check back often for updates (or just find out through the Egroup...).

Keep in mind -  no matter how many times to re-install (well, it's not really an install, but you get the idea) PCgen, you only have to download the VM update once.  That download is pretty big.  The PCgen download is always relatively small (a few hundred KB) thanks to all of Bryan's hard work.  Basically, that makes updates pretty quick, since everything can be download in one small zip file.

      Enjoy the prog!
