Just curious about books people want in PCGen
- Hi all,
I've hit a crossroad where I am trying to determine which books would be
worth adding to PCGen.
I have a rather large list of books we _can_ include, but before I
embark on working on any of them, I want to make sure that we have
someone in our lists that can and will use it.
OSRIC - This is the D&D 1st Edition Retroclone released under OGL. I
have a partial foundation set put together. Is there any interest in
3.x Edition - We have several books waiting for a LST monkey, is there
any interest in these books? (If Yes, which one(s) exactly?)
Modern - Not much call for these books, I've had one user asking about
it for fixes. Any one still using these and our desiring additional books?
Pathfinder - Just for completeness, I've included this one. I think it's
a given this is the big draw. If you want Pathfinder, (And I know you
do), which book(s) are you needing TODAY for your games that we don't
Other Systems - If you have another system you want a book for, which
one would it be?
Based upon the responses I get from people, I'll begin recruiting anyone
interested in putting these together and getting some more book
movement. If you have a book you already started but couldn't finish,
please let me know, I'm willing and able to get books completed.
Thanks for answering and letting us know, your input is invaluable. (I
contemplated polls, but not many folks here use Yahoo accounts).
- I've compiled all the responses here:

About pathfinder books, well the mythic rules is something i want but not really need yet, the same goes for bestiary 4. Shattered Star AP material is something i would really want since i am running (currently book 5), other than that... the (currently ongoing) mummy's mask AP material would be nice since that's probably the AP me and my group are going to be playing soon.
