      pathfinder rpg
      pcgen 5.16.3

made a wizard, illusionist, opposition schools divination & necromancy

yes, he can learn oppositions schools (correct, per pfrpg rules).
      but
on the spells tab, prepared spells sub-tab, he is allowed to prepare
spells at their normal level, even from oppostion schools, when the
pfrpg rule is "must use two spell slots of that level to prepare the spell"

pcgen leaves the spell occupying only 1 slot, and allows the wizard to
select prepared spells to the full count of slots.

        Hi,

That's impossible to do today. That requires code support.
