      Having just printed off several characters for one game and mixed the
      papers up, it would be quite handy to have the character name printed
      on the footer of each page please :-)

      Also - on spell lists, could the column headings *AND* the spell level
      be printed at the top of any new pages ? its fine for the start of
      each spell level section, but when that section expands onto a new
      page, it loses some clarity.
