      If you want help with the white wolf system, I've got the Vampire, Werewolf, and Mage books.  Basically character creation is simple, mostly just statistics, the only time it gets complicated is after basic abilities and attributes are desided, because depending on the system desides what other things you need to handle.  And trying to mix stuff from multiple games, such as using the Kindred of the East supliment to give a Werewolf the Martial Arts skill becomes difficult in the translation.  These things must be handled carefully so impossible crosses don't happen, like giving a Vampire the Do skill (a Mage-only martial arts technique having to do with chi)

      Both games are simple to adapt if you've got the books, or even some basics behind them.  For White Wolf you'd wanna use a basic "World of Darkness" format which would be the 9 Attributes, and some of the more common Abilities, then depending on the format you'd have appropreate options.  You'd also need to handle secondary stat placement, and be able to switch weither secondaries will cost same cost or half cost of normal skills.  It's been a while since I've played WEG, but for them it usually goes 1d6, then 1d6+1, 1d6+2, then 1d6+3, then 2d6, at least as far as I remember.  For BESM, I've got the Sailor Moon text but I've never actually played the game, though I have a character sheet designed.  If looking at the sheets would help, I can send them along.
