The Festival de Flores will be hosted in Las Parcelas Garden, located on the 2200 block of N. The exploration of this green oasis is a lively event with music, and traditional Puerto Rican food provided by NSNP. The opportunity to win great prizes is also available through a raffle of donated gifts.
Las Parcelas is located along N. Palethorp St. (just below N. 2nd St.)
Between W. Susquehanna Ave. and W. Dauphin St.
NSNP maintains 6 urban, culturally-themed gardens that preserve green space and energize the Norris Square community. Through collaborations with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) and many other individuals, NSNP's Garden Coordinator Iris Brown has brought the vivid colors of Puerto Rico and Africa to Philadelphia.
