      Yeah, Houston may have most of their draft picks, but that may simply be indicative of the lack of talent on the existing roster. They may have little choice but to retain some rather mediocre rookies. If they have had such great draft success, over a period of years, why have they not even made the playoffs.

      Also, star power does not always indicate a good draft. The Patriots, for example, will draft players that fit their system and have multiple talents, while bypassing the big name, "can't miss" rookie (who would cost a lot more to sign, as well). Different critera.
