      ***** A few surprises there for me. I didn't think Bryant would be cut; nor did I expect both Hobson and Redd to go. The LB cuts, plus Ruud to IR, seems to indicate that there's an excellent chance for Junior to get the call for one more season. It will be interesting to see if either Hobson or Redd make it through waivers. If so, Redd is likely to be on our PS.
       
      ***** The cut of Gutierrez, rather than Cassel,  was also a surprise to me. But Cassel may yet go, if BB sees a vet he likes cut by another team. Personally, I hope so.
       
      ***** Now let's see who gets signed to fill the holes in the OL.
