Re: [patriotzip] Re: Cinci Jerseys for MNF
- Rudy Johnson may be out but beware that might actually help them. His replacement is Kenny Watson who exploded for a 6.7 yard average by running for 60 yards on six carries. With less film the Pats can study his tendencies less and will be a bit more challenged. Given the potency of Palmer's passing this will be a bit mroe work than a walk in the park.Certainly we could still blow the doors off this team but it is by no means a foregone conclusion. Our defense will have it's best test so far - by far.Go Pats!ZipPreview up noonish on the morrow since the game is on Monday night----- Original Message -----From: FrankSent: Thursday, September 27, 2007 9:41 AMSubject: [patriotzip] Re: Cinci Jerseys for MNF
Cinci is hurting at RB. Rudi Johnson may not play. They have a very
good QB and two good receivers. I don't think they have enough to
match us in offensive production; not enough balance. And they
are "defensively challenged".
George, you stole my score; NE 38, Cinci 20. ;o) Some may say we
should be able to score 50 against their D, but I think we'll use
the ground game (which should be very effective), and keep Palmer
and Co. off the field. Big night for Maroney and Morris, if
Maroney's healthy. He's on the injury list with a groin issue. It's
probably as bad ad Brady's shoulder.
