      A bunch of the Patriots had the flu in the AFC championship game THIS year, but you did not hear about it because the Pats kept it in house
       
      If you look at Brady on the sidelines in that game, you can tell he is not himself, but you don't hear excuses from New England.

      remember all the pats that had the flu in the afc title game last year? not once was that excuse bandied about nor did it recieve the hype leading up to the game it is in this superbowl. seems like the media is getting the giants alibi ready

      Saw that the Giants flight to Az. had been delayed as some of the
      players had the flu and one of the DB's had an involuntary protein
      discharge on the plane. Hence the plane had to be emptied and cleaned
      before they could leave.
      
      And now today on ESPN2 this morning the "doctor" of the network
      reported that the flu had spread to a few more players. Close to a
      dozen of them.
      
      Erdoboy - Glad we got that out of the way a few weeks ago and that we
