Group Description

NOTICE: Memberships require a real email address & person so please supply to moderator when you request approval. Participation in group, on some level is required.

Here is a place you can query other users for solutions to your PaperPort for Mac problems, post tips on usage, talk about ScanSoft and/or Visioneer, and be wishful for better legacy support for older Mac Operating Systems like OS9. Speak your mind as long as you are civil and not encouraging any action that is illegal and --of course-- don't take yourself or anyone else too seriously! Go ahead and disagree, but keep it clean and fair and intelligent.

-->Feb. 2010: We also have taken a slight shift to include a more broad discussion of not just how to keep your old PaperPort for Mac going but for talk about how to make a transition, if needed, to more current technologies and solutions. While the name and "flavor" of the group remains, the broader scope is being encouraged as a way to keep the group vital and relevant. Talk of other solutions that you have found will be welcome and even embraced.

While this group was created to support Macintosh centric solutions, the most important aspect is to help educate, solve problems or share solutions for fellow members.

This interest group was never primarily meant to be a depot for software dissemination. Files are posted as a bonus for members and our intent is to post only LEGAL software. This forum was created to help fellow members in the same situations as you are now or once were and that is our focus.

We were founded in 1999, with an attempt to revitalize in 2010.
