      Hi Pearlie,

I wonder if you've tried online low fare sites, such as, Expedia, Priceline, Hotwire, Travel Ticker, Orbitz, etc. You just might find some air ticket sale that might fit your budget and get you to join in the fun and enjoyment of the family reunion.
Good luck and hope to see you!

      Auntie Claire

      Dear Family,

Everything sounds great and I know it would be a lot of fun BUT I have problem. Airfare ticket to fly there is $679++ Way over my budget!! I am a one pass member of Continental Airlines which is now United. I would like to get tickets from them so I could build up my mileage but that ticket price is way too much. Last time, I was there I only spent $350++ for my airfare.

I feel sad about this but I hope you all understand. I know I will be missing a lot but there is always next time and I will pray that airfare tickets to CA will not be in the $679++!!

      Love,

      Pearlie

      Auntie Claire,

The program is tentative and I am happy to change per Kariz' and your suggestions.

Wow! Surgery... We will hold you up in our prayers, I know you've been on your Doctors' watch list all this time.

I hope u are still travel worthy because we are scheduled to drive to Arizona
Afternoon of Wednesday July 25 which would be the time I need to go to the airport if I was flying out.

For everyone's info, Mama, Uncle Ed, Auntie Claire are coming with us (Noel and myself) to visit Andy, Elaine, Yanna and Andre in Chandler. I have an audit to conduct in Scottsdale on The 26th and I took Friday the 27th off. I was telling friends that it's not hot enough in LA that we are going where the temp remains in the triple digits even at night and when it hits 100 they say, it's a cool night!

I am sure Andre will have cool things for us to do in Chandler like sit in the pool all day. We'll bring out swimsuits.

      Let us know Auntie Claire...

Ok, for the rest of you, make your plans to come out to LA. Noel has been one busy body of late, trying to set up a humongous outdoor umbrella just so it does not get flown off the deck! He is still trying to figure how to prep the space for all the activities planned. Come one, come all!

The tweaking of the program can happen anytime as great ideas evolve. Let's just hope that they bring the tools or paraphernalia needed for some proposed changes, if any.

My triple A has grown to 4.5 cm and what they'd do is an open abdominal operation instead of an endovascular repair (stent implant) because my arteries cannot take in the stents. I've been asked to take it in stride, perhaps relax and get used to the idea that I'll be opened up sometime next month. Sounds pretty grim to be able to relax and take it in stride. But yet what am I to do, mope about it, etc.?

In His time everything will fall into place, yes a wonderful tapestry of life giving witness to His immeasurable, unconditional love for all of us.

We have a small guest room with a double bed and a sink, an alcove which sleeps one in the library, an outdoor room which can be enclosed with heavy drapes and yes we have kulambo x2. We will also have a 2 bedroom tent for use in the adjacent lot which is our picnic grounds.
