Our headline quartet, Pacific Standard Time, came home with the Grand
Champion trophy from the Buckeye Invitational in Ohio
<http://singingbuckeyes.org>, where they bested quartets from around the
nation. They also won the Judges Award and placed second in the Most
Entertaining category. We're confident you'll enjoy their entertainment on
      this show!

Each member of PST is an accomplished musician and singer. They have some 96
years of barbershopping and 10 Evergreen District Championships among them.
You can learn more about Pacific Standard Time by visiting their website at

The second guest group is the Skyview High School Men's Chorus, under the
direction of Troy Frei. Skyview's choirs are well-known for winning a number
of choral competition awards since the school' opening in 1997. Skyview's
vocal music program is the envy of many, and the Vocal Gentry are pleased to
have these young men on their program.

Top Deck, all members of the Vocal Gentry Chorus, has been singing together
for about a year and a half. In their first contest, they placed in the Top
8 at the annual Forest Grove quartet contest. For more than a year Top Deck
has been delighting Portland-Vancouver audiences big and small, for both
public and private affairs. You can learn more about Top Deck at

The Vocal Gentry have been entertaining Portland-Vancouver audiences since
1985. They are proud members of the Greater Portland Chapter of the
Barbershop Harmony Society, and are the hosts of the 2002 SPEBSQSA
International Convention that will be held in Portland June 30-July 7, 2002,
where some 10,000 barbershoppers and their families are expected to descend
      on the city.

Please join us this Saturday for "Harmony for the Holidays."
