      The FECA, or Federal Employees Compensation Act, is the law that provides compensation benefits to federal employees for work-related illnesses and injuries.

        The FECA, or Federal Employees' Compensation Act, is the law that
        provides compensation benefits to federal employees for work-related
        illnesses and injuries. The FECA is adjudicated and administered by
        the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, U.S. Department of Labor.
