I use IE5.5 and did you try to click on one of the links on the
www.preceptor.com/mainnew.html to bring up a new page on the right frame.
Doing this causes a run time error when you try to mouseover any more links
unless you go back to the main page.

in both Netscape 4.74 and IE5.01. I didn't get any error messages in IE but
popup was very large relative to its content that you might want to consider
adding WIDTH and HEIGHT parameters in the call to overlib. How does this
differ from what you were trying to do before?
