A big game for the boys today as the Lightning (us) faced off against their
Division rivals, the Thunder, in Pee Wee Baseball...

Patrick started at SS then moved to 2B in the middle of the game, while
Edward manned the corners today starting at 3B and then moving to 1B.

The Lightning got off to an early lead on an RBI double by Patrick Leonard
in the bottom of the 2nd. It remained 1-0 until the middle of the game when
the Thunder scored two on a throwing error by the Pitcher.

The game remained 2-1 Thunder until late, when the lightning would get
two runners aboard, but it looked bleak for the home team, until Edward
Thomas lined a two out single to right loading the bases and keeping the
rally alive. The next hitter lined a triple into right clearing the bases making
      it 4-2 Lightining.

The boys held them in the top half for the victory, 4-2 Lightning !!

Both boys were perfect at the plate today, our big boy Patrick hit in the
clean-up spot (4th) while Edward was at the bottom of the order (8th).
Neither of them had any errors in the field.

Go Lightning !!  Pa... Chow !

Another big game down the stretch for the boys today as the
Lightning (us) faced off against the Tornadoes (them) in Pee
        Wee Baseball...

Patrick played at 3B today, while Edward was in Right Field.

The Lightning got started early in the bottom of the 1st, when
with one out and men on second and third, Edward Thomas
lined a double into right scoring both runners.

Back came the Tornadoes in the top half of the 2nd scratching
out run, and then again in the top of the 3rd with another to tie
the game at 2-2. Both boys would single in the 3rd but were left
        stranded.

It was mired at 2 a piece until the bottom of the 4th when Edward
Thomas hit a gapper into left with the bases loaded making 5-2
Lightning, and they would never look back. Patrick Leonard would
end up bringing him home as the Lightning hit around in an 8 run
        inning.

The Tornadoes would manage a few more runs, but the Lightning
were just too much for them taking the game 10-4 and remaining
        undefeated.

Patrick was 2 for 3 at the plate today with two Singles a Run, and
an RBI, while Edward showed his prowess at the plate just missing
the cycle going 4 for 4 with two Singles, a Double, and a Triple, scored
3 Runs and had 6 RBI's in the blowout.

Go Lightning !!  Pa... Chow !
