      FORMOZA CREATES NEW COMPANY
      Russia's largest PC vendor, Formoza, has announced that one of its
      divisions - the Center of Communications Development - will be transformed
      into a separate company. The Center will specialize in the development and
      implementation of e-commerce solutions based on the company's product
      RS-2000. The new company will be managed by Oleg Fefelov. RS-2000 is a
      client-server system designed for business-to-business applications.

      NOVELL TO CREATE NEW COMPANY IN RUSSIA
      Novell has announced that its division Novell Professional Services is
      opening an office in Russia. The office will work as a subsidiary of Novell
      and will specialize in consulting and projects support. The creation of the
      new company is to be completed by September.

      INTERNET-INCUBATOR ANNOUNCES FIRST PROJECT
      A.Partners, the owner of Internet-incubator, has announced that it has
      signed an agreement with the owners of the Stavka.ru project. The contract
      calls for Internet-incubator to provide the authors of the online auction
      with administration and financial support in exchange for "a share in the
      project's capital". According to general director of Internet-incubator
      Andrey Vakulenko, this month his company plans to sign such contracts with
      the owners of another five projects. The opening of Internet-incubator was
      announced in March. Its core business is to "grow" Internet projects for
      sale.
