I'm sorry you guys took my request unseriously. I have a friend who's trying
to mix hippie attitude with Orthodoxy, and regards apostate hippie musicians
as a "great philosophers". That's why I said I *urgently* need any info on
anti-Christian nature of hippie movement, Woodstock, etc. because my friend
is losing his head. If you think it's funny than go on and laugh. I've only
asked for help in finding an appropriate arrticle on this matter.

Please do not be offended, I was not laughing at you or your friend; the
                  wording simply amused me.

Is the below the kind of music your friend is finding prophetic?

"Imagine no possesions, I wonder if you can, No need for greed or hunger, A
brotherhood of man. Imagine all the people Sharing all the world. "
                  {Imagine] John Lennon

OR "I like ideas about the breaking away or overthrowing of established
order. I am interested in anything about revolt, disorder, chaos, especially
activity that seems to have no meaning. It seems to me to be the road towards
freedom - external freedom is a way to bring about internal freedom." [Jim
                  Morrison]

The Beatles sang "We all want to change the world." {Revolution]

The Hippie philosophy was not a pogrom of political change; though there were
some who proposed that idea and even acted upon it. The common denominator
of all hippies was/is a narcissistic cult of self-worship.

Bob Dylan noted in 1992 "People today are still living off the table scraps
of the sixties. They are still being passed around-the music and the ideas"
