      Here are two examples of outline nodes containing meta data inteded
      for a renderer:

      <outline text="#title "Foo"" />
      <outline text="#renderOutlineWith "activeRenderer"" />

      And here's a regular text node:

      <outline text="Hello world!" />

      Why are the rederer tags formattted like regular text nodes?

      For a non-Frontier outliner, it makes no sense to render the text of
      the commands!

      Why not have them as attributes:

      <outline title="Foo" renderOutlineWith="activeRenderer"
      text="Hello world!">
      ...
      </outline>
