Subject: Private Attorney General continues FDR's: "Let me warn you..." (1936)
Private Attorney General continues, using literary license:
We warn you that Social Security is yet another example of
Federal MUNICIPAL law, in which "State" is expressly limited
by definition to D.C., Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa
and Puerto Rico:
For purposes of this chapter—(1) StateThe term “State” includes the
District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,
the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
We warn you that the U.S. Supreme Court has already
warned Congress that Congress may NOT re-define
ANY terms that occur in the U.S. Constitution:
the term "State" figures quote prominently
throughout that Constitution:
Congress cannot ... by legislation alter the Constitution,
from which alone it derives its power to legislate, and
within whose limitations alone that power can be lawfully exercised.
We warn you that the "I" in FICA means "Insurance"
but American Courts have already ruled -- correctly --
that Social Security is NOT an insurance contract;
it is a political promise on which Congress can renege
at any time, and so it has!
We warn you that Social Security has also been
correctly identified as a Ponzi Scheme by an
anonymous editorial in The Wall Street Journal:
In a word, I have become a huge tax-funded Ponzi scheme
that is starting to go seedy -- and I am starting to look it, too.
We warn you that, as a Ponzi Scheme,
Social Security violates the laws of many States of the Union
whose Legislatures have prohibited insurance fraud
and authorized criminal penalties for such frauds.
We warn you that keeping your Social Security Number
may place you at real risk of being prosecuted for
income tax violations, even though there is no
Statute at Large creating a specific liability for
Federal income taxes, imposed by subtitle A
of the Internal Revenue Code, as a legal consequence
of choosing to remain in the Social Security System:
